Refund & Return Policy – Trendova

At Trendova, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
